Over the past month, our focus has been on activation.
In February we concentrated on strengthening the foundations behind our platforms. In March, that work has begun to move outward through early marketplace growth, new school conversations, and the first phase of Inspo’s national outreach.
You will see progress across StudentRoomStay as our host marketplace expands and the platform moves closer to opening to students. At the same time, our Inspo team has been meeting directly with schools across the United States to understand how whole-student development can be delivered in ways that fit naturally into existing school systems.
This update reflects where things stand today and where we are headed next as we continue building Melt Education’s ecosystem.

CEO, Melt Education
No structural changes were made to the Melt Education website this month. The focus instead has been on activating the platforms and partnerships behind it.
The Melt website continues to serve as the central overview of our ecosystem while the underlying programs and platforms continue to develop across StudentRoomStay and Inspo.
The new StudentRoomStay marketplace continues to roll out to host families.
Hosts are currently onboarding into the platform and are being reviewed individually by the SRS team. Many of these hosts previously existed in SRS’s internal host system and are now transitioning their profiles into the new marketplace environment.
During this phase, the focus is on ensuring listings meet the quality and clarity standards required for a strong marketplace experience. Host profiles are being refined so that when students begin browsing, homes are clearly presented and aligned with the SRS brand.
Platform development has also continued on the host side. A new host dashboard is being introduced to help families track their progress through the hosting setup process, including:
• completing hosting details
• creating room listings
• tracking approval status
The student side of the marketplace is currently being finalized and is expected to launch before the next update.
Development and outreach for the Inspo curriculum has accelerated over the past month.
Inspo is designed as a flexible whole-being curriculum that can be delivered in multiple partnership models depending on the needs of each school. While those models continue to evolve, one format has consistently generated strong interest from schools.
Many schools have expressed interest in starting with a focused experience we are calling Character & Leadership Week. This format introduces students to the core principles of the Inspo curriculum through an immersive week-long program designed around leadership, self-awareness, decision-making, and personal development.
To support this rollout, Adam is currently traveling across the United States meeting directly with school leaders. The goal of these conversations is not simply to present a program, but to understand how Inspo can integrate into each school’s existing structure and priorities.
These discussions are helping shape how the curriculum can be delivered in ways that work within real educational environments rather than as a one-size-fits-all offering.
Interest from schools has been encouraging and continues to grow as these conversations expand.
The Inspo global event will now take place in Atlanta rather than Qatar.
The summit will bring together selected students from participating Inspo schools around the world for a global youth leadership experience. The event is planned to feature prominent speakers, including Steve Harvey, alongside other leaders and educators focused on youth development.
Further details and timing will be announced as the program continues to develop.
Schools respond best when programs adapt to their existing systems rather than asking them to change their structure.
Short-format experiences such as Character & Leadership Week provide an accessible entry point for schools exploring whole-student development.
Building marketplace supply before student launch creates a stronger initial experience for users.
Opening the StudentRoomStay marketplace to students.
Continuing host onboarding and marketplace quality improvements.
Expanding school partnerships and activating the first Character & Leadership Week programs.
Advancing planning for the Inspo Global Youth Summit in Atlanta.
