Letter from the CEO

Over the past two weeks, our focus has been on strengthening the foundations that support everything we build. Not just launching new things, but making sure the systems behind them are clear, durable, and aligned with where we are going.

This update reflects that work. You will see progress across our platforms, including the launch of our new Melt Education website, early rollout of the StudentRoomStay marketplace, and continued development of our Inspo whole-being curriculum. You will also see how this work shows up beyond our internal teams through a recent workshop with students in Oman.

Our goal with these updates is straightforward. To share what we are building, why it matters, and what we are learning along the way. Every two weeks, this will be a direct note from me as we continue shaping Melt Education and its brands with intention.

Adam

CEO, Melt Education

Melt Education

Launched the new Melt Education website to better reflect our expanded offerings and long-term direction.

SRS
  • Began rolling out the new SRS marketplace.
  • Opening early access to host families as we prepare for broader adoption.
Inspo
  • Advanced development of our whole-being curriculum.
  • Delivered a live workshop with 125 students in Oman focused on decision-making and future planning.
What we learned
  • Students engage more deeply when decisions are framed as skills rather than answers.
  • Whole-being development requires structure, not inspiration alone.
  • Live workshops remain one of the most effective ways to validate curriculum relevance.
What's next
  • Opening the StudentRoomStay marketplace to students.
  • Finalizing dates for upcoming camps in California and Qatar.
  • Preparing the next phase of Inspo curriculum delivery.
